I wanted to play with the Scrolling Snowflakes Bundle again!
I used the narrow strip created when die-cutting the Winter Frames and trimmed it down to fit my Woodsy Paper piece (cut at 4″ x 5.25″). The snowflakes and the banner were die-cut from the Winter Frames Die Set (after blending Tranquil ink on a white card scrap for the flakes). Then the flakes were adhered using WOW! Disco Ball and Glass Slipper Glitters with a coating of 2-Way Glue Pen.
