Who’s ready for an easy-peasy card? (I am! I am!) 🙂
This set by Stampin’ Up is a-d-o-r-a-b-l-e! It’s called Vertical Greetings. And it is such a simple set-up, I’m going to keep this set close to my table for quick and easy cards when I need them.
So first, on a Whisper White cardstock panel, I stamped my selected image. There are three cute, cute images, and it was hard to decide. But, I adore this set so much, it will see plenty of use!
Instead of using ink pads, I colored the stamp itself with Stampin’ Write Markers in various shades. You can use any water-based, well-pigmented marker. It’s okay if it takes a minute or two to color the stamp because when you’re done, you can mist it with a water spray bottle to reactivate the ink. I used Ranger’s Distress Sprayer. Then I stamped the sentiment with Basic Black Archival Stampin’ Pad.
I used a gray marker by Tombow to create a little shadow at the base of the image and added some Rhinestones to bling it.
I used a panel of Bermuda Bay cardstock on my Whisper White card base to bring out the colors in the vase.
Take a look at this cute set!
Happy Easter!
