Sunny Studios has these amazing layering stamps that make the object look almost 3-D! I’ve done two previous posts on their dimensional-looking stamps, such as this one HERE and this one HERE. The set I’m creating with today is called Birthday Balloon.
First I blended Catherine Pooler’s Daydream, Fiesta Blue and It’s a Boy inks with a Ranger Blending Tool, graduating the colors from dark to light from top to bottom (got that? 🙂 ) on a white panel.
On a small scrap of white card stock, I stamped the three layers of the balloon in Peppermint Scrub, Party Dress and It’s a Girl inks and the Happy sentiment with Midnight ink. Then I die cut it with the coordinating die.
With the Midnight ink, I stamped the balloon string and the Birthday sentiment. Then I adhered the balloon to the panel with dimensional foam.
I created confetti with Nuvo Crystal Drops in Carnation and Red Berry, and penned the streamers with a White Signo Gel Pen. I also adhered some tiny Sparkles.
Ta da!
Have a great day!
