Here are a couple of quick cards using some the recently-released “In the Kitchen” Potluck Borders and Potluck Party Patterned Papers. I didn’t even have a real plan when I started these cards; I just kept playing with them until something emerged. I do that alot… It’s fun!
This card (above) was simply made by diagonally laying strips of the Potluck Papers across the card after first blending some Eucalyptus ink on a white cardstock panel. Then I heat-embossed the sentiment from the Whipped Up Stamp Set with WOW Bright White Embossing Powder and then glued on some Des Moines Sequins.
On this next card, I used the Potluck Party Stamp Set and Magnetic Messages. The flower borders were stamped with Rouge, Green Tea, Mandarin, Sauna and Eucalyptus inks and then I added some Black Nuvo Drops. The sentiment was stamped in Midnight ink.
