Now how about a great background stamp? I am using the Half Circle Background Stamp and a sentiment from the We Fit Stamp Set. I swiped about six of the Luxe Inks directly onto the background stamp, overlapping just a little. I smoothed the edges of the colors into each other by carefully tapping a blending brush around the overlaps.
While the ink is still wet, sprinkle some Halo Embossing Powder over the panel and then heat-emboss. If the ink is already dry, just use an embossing pen. The back panel and the sentiment strip is just some Uptown Ink brush-blended onto some white cardstock.
The sentiment was heat-embossed with WOW! Bright White Embosing Powder. I finished off the card with some Park Avenue Sequins. Ta Da!
