There’s a lot of sparkle going on here! I love sparkle!

Let’s start with the bottom layer. After die-cutting the shape with the Postage Stamp Dies, I blended Dress Blues ink around the edge and gilded with the Nuvo Gold Flakes, adhering it down with Tombow Mono Glue. The next layer which is a quarter inch around smaller, was blended with Uptown and Martini inks and I let the ink dry. Then using the Half Circle Background Stamp, I stamped with Dress Blues ink. While the blue ink is still wet, you can heat-emboss the WOW! Halo Embossing Powder.

I smudged some Tombow Glue onto some of the half circles and gilded again. The sentiment was stamped onto a little square from the Postage Stamp Dies and gilded a little. The card was finished with some glitter drops and a little more gilding again.
