I die cut the top panel with Catherine Pooler’s Post This Die and then embossed all three shades of WOW!’s Trio, Seth Apter Cosmic Embossing powders. The April Showers clouds were stamped with Skylight ink and then die-cut. I glued the bottom cloud directly to the panel and then mounted the other clouds with dimensional adhesive foam.
I added a few sparkly gems after gluing my panel to my cardbase.
