I started this card by blending half a 4 x 5.25″ white card panel with Sixteen Candles Ink. I embossed that panel with WOW Disc Ball Embossing Powder.
I hand-cut the flowered sheet from the paper pack, as shown, and adhered it to the panel. The sentiment from the Fun Forest Stamp Set was inked with Twilight Ink on a card scrap. I completed the card with three Paris Sequins.
