Here’s a quick card that was fun to make. This is a repost from last year. I hope you enjoy it. Again 😊

The blue/multi paper is from the Prickly Patterned Paper Pad and I used that as my card base.

The cactus/cacti were stamped with Midnight, Green Tea, Skylight and Sage Inks. I created eyes and mouths using a white pen and a black marker. Then they were die-cut and slipped behind a strip of another pattern from the same paper pack. I hand-cut scarves out of a pattern from the Feelin’ Chilly Paper Pack and glued them around the “necks” of my little cactus plants. Here’s a close-up of the paper, because my photo doesn’t quite capture the detail…

I love the script of the sentiment from the Festive Trimmings Stamp Set and use it often. In this case, it was heat-embossed onto a strip of white cardstock using WOW Gold Rich Embossing Powder and adhered into place.
