I blended Hot Tub Ink onto a white panel and then cut and glued two strips of Hipster Patterned Paper along the bottom edge. I applied ink directly to another piece of cardstock using Rouge, Polished, Sauna, Green Tea, Hot Tub, Skylight, die-cut the six cups and adhered them to this panel. The sentiment and “wisps” were heat-embossed with WOW Bright White Embossing Powder. For additional dimension, use some Twilight Ink with a Dove Blending Pen to create shadows; a white pen to create highlights, and some adhesive foam to “pop” up the cups.
