A clean, summer-ry card on a cold, snowy day! Just exactly what I need 🙂 I actually love the snow, but I’m still a desert rat, and the hot, desert sun of Arizona still calls to me occasionally.
To begin, I used Simon Says Cardstock in a teal tone as the card base. I know; a little different from my fave black-on-white card base.
On Simon Says Stamp white cardstock, I sponged Distress Oxide Inks in Peeled Paint, Broken China and Iced Spruce. Then I spritzed some water on it to create a faint speckled effect.
I used Stampin Up’s Colorful Seasons Bundle to, first, stamp the little drink using Distress Oxide Inks in Spiced Marmalade and Worn Lipstick; and, second, to die-cut the chair and little drink. I penned an outline on the little drink before die-cutting. I used the same set to stamp the sentiment below the sponged effects, using StazOn Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad.
I glued the chair and the little drink to the layer and then I adhered the card layer to the card base. I finished with Ranger’s Enamel Accents in white and Tsukineko Irresistibles Clear PICO Embellisher to create little drops.
Have a great day!

Your card is so refreshing and you’ve used a lot of products of which I have never heard. It is summer here in FL most of the year so I love your cool colors. Glad Amy shared!
