All The Sparkle

I have a short but *Sparkly* post for you today 🙂

I am highlighting the NEW Forever 13 Embossing Powder Trio from WOW Embossing, inspired by Catherine Pooler Designs.

I am using the freebie stamp set recently offered by CPD (no longer available), but of course, any smaller floral stamp and leaves will do just fine.

I found that a really good method to get the sparkles to stick is to use a sticky embossing powder. I used Ranger’s Sticky Embossing Powder. First, after using your powder tool on the card panel to resist stray powder, you stamp the card with the sticky embossing powder with your floral or leaf stamp, and heat it with your heat tool until the surface is sticky. Then pour your embossing glitter/sparkle powder over the impressions and heat again. Ta da! It’s stuck on!

And as if I didn’t have enough bling, I added Nuvo Crystal Gems 🙂
