Here’s a “Happy” card for you! It could be used for various occasions, don’t you think?

First off, the cardstock panel to which I had taped the Off the Loom Stencil, and the die-cut Happy layers were blended with Lime Rickey, Tiara, and Party Dress inks. Then I used an embossing pen with a ruler to create a few lines across the panel to which I heat-embossed WOW Metallic Brass Embossing Powder. I also used the pen to create an outline around the bottom Happy die-cut layer and heat-embossed the same powder.
I glued the Happy layers together and then used foam tape to mount it to my top panel. A few sequins were added from the Des Moines, Phoenix and Springfield Sequin mixes. I applied Lime Rickey to the edges of the bottom layer and glued that to the folded card base and then glued the blended panel on top.

Have a great day!
