Well Hey There!

I made SO many cards from the Retro Winter Collection! Fun! Here’s a couple more…

The “Well Hey There” Die is part of Catherine Pooler’s Retro Winter Release, and I decided to combine it with a piece released earlier this year — The “Feelin’ Hexy” Coverplate. They are a perfect match!

Don’t tell anyone, but I made a mistake with the layout of this photo… The Bourbon Street Sequins were used on the card on the right and the Cincinnati Sequins were used on the card on the left. It will be our little secret.

So first of all, on white cardstock, I die-cut two Feelin’ Hexy cuts and two Well Hey There cuts…

After heat-embossing one each of both cuts with WOW Silver Metallic, the coverplate was adhered to a white card panel. I hand-cut, using the Well Hey There die as a guide, the black panel and adhered it together with the die-cut and then glued it on top of the previous assembly. Then I glued the Cincinnati Sequin Mix randomly on to the completed card.

After heat-embossing one each of both cuts with WOW Gold Metallic, the coverplate was adhered to a black card panel. I hand-cut the hexagon white panel and adhered it together with the Well Hey There die-cut and then glued it on top of the previous assembly. Then I glued the Bourbon Street Sequin Mix randomly on to the completed card.
