This is a commission piece I created today that I’d thought I’d share with you. I love the simple look of the seeded dandelion and have used it in previous projects. 
The working layer is a piece of Fabriano Watercolor Paper. I used very wet brushes to create a sheer layer of blue and green using Prima Watercolors.
Then using Tombow’s Mono Drawing Pens, I drew the dandelions. If you are uncomfortable drawing them, I have included a stamped version in the supplies list below. I placed random dots for a little dimension with Nuvo Caribbean Ocean Crystal Drops.
On a separate, smaller hand-cut panel, I penned and drew my sentiment. You, of course, could write your own sentiment, or use a favorite stamped sentiment. I penned a simple font on the bottom of the main layer to the recipient. This, you may choose to leave blank, stamp, or write your own recipient or phrase.
I layered the small layer and the main layer on to black cardstock and adhered to my card base. I brushed on some Clear Wink of Stella for a little glitter 🙂
