Here’s some 3D dots that you can create on your card. You can also use the same technique to make water and rain drops.
You can draw or stamp the circles or dots. If you draw them, just color in with the color(s) of your choice. Here I used five different stamp pad colors, applied it to my dotted background stamp and stamped my panel. I outlined each circle with a black pen and then added a shadow inside and outside each circle using a light grey marker (such as a Tombow Brush pen). You can see that I chose my shadows to be on the Southwest of each circle (once again, your choice). Therefore my highlight will be on the Northeast of each circle.
Before the highlight, I embossed the circles with WOW! Clear Gloss, using the embossing pen to fill them in. Then you can add your highlight using a white gel pen.
