For this fun card, I used Stampin’ Up’s Picture Perfect Stamp Set.
This is going to be part of my essential stamp sets that I like to keep close because it has such easy, versatile possibilitlies. And it has great elements. Look how cute it is!
First I taped off the lines for the “ribbon” with some Purple Tape in Whisper White Cardstock. First, vertically, blending with a Blending Tool in Tempting Turquoise ink, and then taping horizontally and blending another line.
The bow is a two-step stamp that makes the bow appear three dimensional. On a separate piece of cardstock, I stamped the bows, each in two tones of color ink, and then cut each bow out with Snips. After removing the tape, I adhered the bows and stamped the sentiment.
Using coordinating-color Stampin’ Up Markers, I colored the confetti stamp and stamped several times around the bows. I allowed second generation stamping but re-colored the stamp after every other stamping.
I completed the card with a few Rhinestones and layered with Basic Black onto a Whisper White card base.
